Experience also teaches you to look past yourself. To recognise potential in other ideas, and in other people. To guide, challenge and nurture without taking over.

When you no longer need to prove everything, you have more to give. You can lead without ego. Set the standard by example. Be kind, be generous, and make room for everyone else to grow.
